Tainted Honor

You promised you wouldn't be a bad dad. You promised we wouldn't fight. You said it'd all be okay.

Out of nowhere I started crying, holding onto him tightly. It was like our wedding all over again. My body was literally paralyzed with fear he'd kill this baby too. I couldn't breathe almost, and my body was shaking. "You promised.. you promised you wouldn't be a bad dad."

"Calm down." I Held her closer. Rubbing her back. "Please calm down. It's Christmas."

"You'll kill it." I whimpered, trying to calm down like he asked. But I couldn't. It was literally impossible at this point.

"Harley calm." I whispered, kissing her cheek. "Stop shaking. Please."

I stood up, looking him over. "Well I'm gonna need a dancing partner." I smirked.

"I don't dance." I laughed, taking her hand.

"Too bad." I pulled him up, pressing my body against his. "You do for me." I nearly whispered, biting my lip and playing with his hands. Slowly starting to dance, nearly twerking on top of him.

"Baby.." I smiled. "I'm bad at this. I just. It's not what I do." I laughed.

"Alright then." I tugged him softly onto the couch, kissing his neck.

Somehow we ended up on top of each other, and I was kissing his neck pretty hard when the door opened, stopping me in my place.

"Sup Darley." Josh rolled his eyes.

"Sup the J of Jemma." I looked over, smirking. my hands on Harley's back. Hey. I was the D in Darley.

"J?" He laughed. "Josh? Maybe you need a little most Josh-tastic in your life."

"Alright Joshie." I sat up, setting Harley next to me. "I guess I do need some Josh-Tastic in my life. Can you help me get to Vegas?"

"Vegas?" He laughed. "That's a bit far dontcha think?"

"Kyle is there." I licked my lips, looking up. Hoping he would help.

"Alright." He shrugged. "You all wanta go now? I can just pop you guys there."

"Yeah, but I'm gonna need some back up. We'll have to take down Patch too." I sighed.

"I can get that taken care of." He smiled. "Anything else?"

"Harley, is it too much to ask you to stay here? This could get.. very dangerous." I looked at her.

"Daniel.." I looked up at him, confused and hurt more or less. "Babe I'm not defenseless. Besides it's like one month you can't even tell."

"Alright." I wasn't about to fight. I just wanted to do this. "Meet out by the gates in the next few minutes Josh?"

"Yep sure thing." He smiled, then vanished. Starting to gather troops for Daniel.

"Thank you." I kissed his cheek, grabbing a bag I kept by the door, basically ready. Every day we'd grab it when we went looking at so far I hadn't had a 'oh shit I should of grabbed that' moment.

I picked up my gun, only a few bullets loaded but who cared. I took her hand, walking out to the gates, pretty nervous. "I love you." I smiled at her.

"Love you too." I smiled, then looked down seeing all of the men gathered. 

"Alright so what. Kill Patch on sight and bring Kyle back alive?" Josh looked at Daniel and I.

"Kill everybody but Kyle for all I care." I shrugged.

"What she said." I laughed softly. "Patch is immortal though. I think. So Josh only you can kill him."

"Maybe he's hungover." I shrugged. "You're an ass when you're hungover too."

"That's nice." He groaned. "Get out of my way."
