I called up a friend to drive her car home, and I drove home with my arm wrapped around her the whole way back. I parked in the driveway, getting out and helping her out also.

I kept staring at my ring most of the way home. It was so beautiful. If the engagement ring looked like this... I shook that from my head, walking inside with my arm hooked around his hips.

I wrapped my arm around her shoulders, looking around. "Bitches of the world!" I called. "Living room! Now!"

Brandon and Alec got downstairs, laughing. "Hey Harley." Alec nodded.

"Bitches of the world? That's his new name for us?" Chloe laughed, getting up.

"Huh." Josh ran downstairs, last as usual. "Oh so - Harley?"

"Hey." I laughed "Yeah I'-"

"Aye Daniel you did it." Jaxon spotted the ring right off, cutting me off in the process.

"Engaged." I laughed, hugging Harley close to me. "FOund her asleep on a beach." I kissed her forehead.

"Nice." Alec laughed.

"Harley you don't pull off the mermaid look too well. Too pudgy." Josh shrugged.

"Shut up." I groaned. Either I went from being anorexic or pudgy. Beautiful.

"Anyway is this what you wanted us for?" Jaxon looked at Daniel.

"Yeah." I laughed. "Carry on with life as usual." I picked Harley up, kissing her cheek and headed for our room.

I curled up in his arms, remembering how good he felt. Safe too. That promise of staying wouldn't be too hard to keep. "Have plans Daniel?" I smirked.

"Alright well let's get out the headphones. Or do we just turn the TV up really loud.." Josh laughed.

"TV." Alec grabbed the remote. "And headphones."

I laughed, closing the door behind me. "I always have plans." I put her down, kissing her neck.

"Nah let's just put it on the hockey game so Daniel realizes he's missing it and freaks out." Josh flipped channels after he'd snatched the remote, turning the volume all of the way up.

"You all are so mean." Jaxon rolled his eyes, pulling Chloe to sit with him on the couch.

"mhhmmm." I mumbled, turning my head for him to get a better angle. "Care to share?"

Chloe sat by him, resting her head on his shoulder. "Jealous might be more appropriate." She smirked.

"Well its me.." I pulled my blazer off of her, tossing it to the ground. "And you.." I kissed behind her ear. "On the bed."

"Alrighty then." He laughed, grabbing an apple out for both of them, handing one to her. "Where's Harley?"

"Upstairs sleeping I think." I stretched a bit.

Jazzy held the apple, staring at it. She bit into it, leaning against the counter.

"Oh okay." He started eating his apple too, watching Jas. "What did they give you to eat there?"

"Like.. oatmeal and vitamins. Pills that would drug me and stuff." She looked down.

"Oh." He looked down too. He knew that answer was coming but it seemed like it was something appropriate to ask. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." she shrugged. "You didn't know." She laughed.

I'd stumbled out of bed by that point, crawling up with Daniel on the couch. "What's so bad about those two being together?" I whispered.

"Jacob isn't cute anymore. He's okay, but.. you'll see." I whispered back.

"Do you ever blame him for me being taken?" I whispered, looking up at Jacob. I barely recognized him.

"yeah." I sighed, kissing her cheek.

"It wasn't his fault." I sighed. "I'd do it again too if I had the chance. Not to get away from you but.. to save him."

"You haven't been around here long enough to see why." I sighed. "Jazzy dating him isn't a good idea."

"Alright." I leaned back, pushing my shoulders under his arm.

"Jacob." I looked over. "Come say hi."
