Hours Passed

I put my hands back on his hips, playing with the waistband of his boxers. My lips working softly against his, trying to just stay calm under him. Didn't this hurt? All of my friends had said it did. What if you get pregnant? You won't.. you can't. Just stay loose.. you'll figure it out. except neither one of us knows what we're doing.

I let her pull my boxers down. My hands trailing her body, quickly finding myself inside of her, trying to move at a steady pace though I knew she was probably in some pain. Hell, I was too.

I couldn't help the fact I was squirming. It hurt. It felt weird. This entire thing was weird, but I wasn't thinking about that now. I attached my lips to his neck, trying to get myself distracted there.

I tried to keep her still, eventually working into a faster pace. My breathing was heavy agaisnt her neck as I bit it gently, letting off a moan as I felt myself twitch a bit.

By the time we'd finished, I had my arms around him, my head buried into his chest. I had one of the fur blankets pulled around us, sheltering us from the night air. 

Try it Harley. I told myself, forcing myself to concentrate. Talk to him. I love you. I tried, seeing if he could hear me.

I lifted my head to look at her eyes, smiling a bit. I love you too. It worked. I could hear her, and maybe she could hear me.

I smiled, kissing his lips again. I could hear him just fine. Night babe. I put my head back against him, falling asleep in his warmth.

I smiled. For the first time in a long time, I slept. Everything was fine. We were safe, for now at least. And I finally felt like I belonged with Harley, because we were the same.

I woke up, feeling somebody poking my shoulder. "Harley. Daniel. Wake up." the voice called, making me open my eyes.

"Huh?" I rolled over, careful not to let the blanket drop.

"You- oh." Lestat stood up. "Um. You two.. get clothes on.. meet me out front." He then walked outside, closing the door behind him. 

"Daniel babe wake up." I kissed his nose. "Lestat wants us."

I soon woke up and pulled my pants up, wrapping an arm around her as we walked outside. "Whats up?" I asked Lestat.

I had barely time to get my clothes on when I was pulled outside.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't have a choice." Lestat looked behind us, his expression hardened, rehearsed almost.

I felt a pair of tight hands clamp around me, pulling me back against them. I let out a scream, managing to kick my way loose only to be caught again and tackled to the ground, my hands being tied behind me. "Shut up bitch." he seethed, punching me once to prove his point, then hauling me back to my feet, a trickle of blood running off my now busted lip.

The other guy had grabbed Daniel by this point, getting right next to his ear. "Fight me and I kill her." he then laughed, letting Daniel decide his next move.

Daniel froze, staring ahead then looking at Lestat. "Lestat?" My voice broke. Weren't we best friends? How could he do this? I stayed still, not wanting Harley to get killed. I looked away from Lestat, shaking my head.

"They said they'd hurt Kat. I'm sorry." Lestat looked away, not being able to watch.

"Bastard." I screamed at him, wishing he'd look at me. I was getting ready to scream something else when I was punched again, making me double over from the blow.

The vamp holding Daniel shoved him, walking him to the truck they had parked not that far away. I got loaded in first, then Daniel behind me, my wrists still tied together. I was about to loose it, the fear of being back there nearly too much. I couldn't go back. Not now. We'd just got everything perfect.

They did something to me. I couldn't shift and defend Harley and myself. I just scooter as close to Harley as I could, holding her. "I'm sorry. I thought we could trust him." I said softly. I was actually really hurt. Lestat. My best friend.

"He said they'd hurt Kat." I put my head against his neck, a few tears finally escaping. "I'd do the same for you."

"I know." I just kept holding her, knowing she'd be safe in my arms.

"Can you untie my hands?" I looked down at them, already noticing my wrists were slightly red from them.

I reached down, undoing her hands with my own, sighing. "We'll be okay." I tried reassuring us both.

"yeah." I whispered softly, not really believing him but agreeing anyway. The doors were suddenly thrown open, and I was pulled from Daniel's grip before I could fight them at all. A rag thrown over my mouth and nose, making me pass out in his arms, getting a glimpse of the guy doing the same to Daniel.

I woke up only god knows how much later, a horrid smell hitting me in the face it seemed. I peeled my eyes open to reveal a small room, damp brick boxing us in, and bodies laying on the floor. I screamed, feeling a body on my back, standing up and trying to dust it off.

I had already woken up, harley's scream making my jump a little. "Hell. Lunch time." I tried to make somewhat of a joke out of it. But it was gross. Piles of bodies everywhere.

"What the hell!" I screamed, looking around the room. I knew exactly what this was, but didn't want to admit this to myself.

Dumb fuck Cas never said he needed you alive.

The smell nearly made me fall over again. I tried not to breathe it too far into my lungs but it was impossible.

I started coughing uncontrollably. I honestly had no clue what this was. I hated it though. My throat closed up, and I fell to the ground, trying to breath. "It's gas.." I managed.

"No it's the dead bodies." I pulled my shirt off, leaving my tank top on underneath. I walked over to him, gently pushing it in front of his mouth and nose. "Breathe through this. I'll help."

I took the shirt and put it over my mouth, trying to breathe normally again. "Are you okay?" I asked, lookiong up at her.

No was the first answer that came to mind, but.. "Yeah." I looked around the room. There had to be an entrance to this room somewhere.. higher up. "Up there. Do you think we could climb up there? The smell wouldn't be as bad." I had given up and pulled my tank top off, standing there in just my bra and jeans so I could use my tank top of breathe through. The ledge was barely big enough for one of us, but it'd have to do.
